The INTER-SERVIS BULAT Ltd. property agency was entered into the court registry at the County Court in Šibenik on November, 11th, 1992. The company headquarters is located in Šibenik at Ivana Meštrovića 11B. Before founding a company in Croatia, its founder and director at the time, Ante Bulat, worked for 30 years in Germany. He strived to transfer his rich experience, diligence, agility and capability, gained while working abroad, to his employees in the Republic of Croatia. The company employs experts that do all they can to fully satisfy their clients and in doing so become more stable and recognizable in their activities. The vision of the founder was to provide a quick and quality service and thus gain and maintain the trust of clients and ensure company growth.
