The maximum allowed plot coverage coefficient is 0.3 for free‑standing buildings and 0.4 for semi‑detached buildings (if the plot contains a main and auxiliary building or only a main building).
The distance of buildings from the boundary of a neighboring plot may not be less than 3 m, measured from the most protruding part (balcony, eave, projection, etc.).
The horizontal distance between buildings must be at least 6 m.
A residential or residential‑business building can have a maximum of 3 above‑ground floors: basement, ground floor, and first floor (S+P+1) or basement, ground floor, and attic (S+P+Pk) or ground floor, first floor, and attic (P+1+Pk), with the possibility of building an underground level (Po), and the building height may not exceed 9 m.
