The house is in the upper village. The house is spacious and comfortable for a large group or two families.

It was completely renovated in 2013. New roof, walls, wooden mezzanine structure, foundations. The old double doors were put back on the new walls. The electricity is new and the house is connected to the sewerage and city water, although it still has a rainwater tank. On the water pump, which is located under the stairs on the ground floor, you can choose which water you want to use, you just need to open a specific valve.
