For long-term rent, a 20 m2 studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a building (attic) in the center of Tar from 1st October. The rent is 300 eur/month + utilities. The joinery is aluminum and the studio is heated and cooled by air conditioning. Please note that there is no terrace!
