The primary activity of the Agency is real estate brokerage and in addition we provide a wide range of services related to real estate (real estate maintenance, mediation in obtaining location, construction and use permits, location information, cadastre certificates, legalization of illegally constructed buildings, mediation in adaptation real estate…). When buying and selling real estate, we follow the buyer until the inspection of the real estate until the registration of ownership, and we make a declaration of real estate transfer tax or a proposal for exemption from real estate transfer tax and a transcript of all utilities. We approach our work professionally and in accordance with the principles of a good manager. The agency is licensed to perform real estate brokerage activities at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce under number 163/2016 and the founder of the company David Cetina is an authorized brokerage agent registered in the directory of agents under number 136/2016.
