Ipon is a certified Croatian real estate brokerage company established in 2005. The idea of founding this company was based on the previous experience of its founders, because each and every founder was successfully practicing real estate brokerage business for more than 5 years. We always like to push to the limits in order to offer our clients the best service possible. Our team of licensed brokers, together with our legal department (in house), helps us in achieving our most important goal of all - Client satisfaction. We received the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship certificate in 2009. In our efforts to secure our clients a fraud free environment our company has insurance policy with certified insurance company thus providing our clients with best service possible. In 2010 we partnered with Atrium Consulting and expanded our range of services which today differ from architectural design, project consulting, real estate brokerage and investments as well as monitoring of construction, issuance of energy efficiency certificates, etc. Because of a diversification within our team of experts we are able to offer to our clients services like consulting about various real estate investment opportunities, town-planning schemes, where and how the investment will get a higher yield, loan advices, and simply put anything our clients can think of regarding their real estate needs.
