The company, Riba Ltd., was founded in the year 2006. We are specialized in brokerage and consultation in the real estate business for areas within the City of Zadar and the Zadar County; however, we also meet requirements throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. During our 17 years of working on the real estate market, we have continually developed new services in order to satisfy our clients in all transactions related to real estate purchasing. We work with lawyers, public notaries, geodesists, designers, builders and other specialists, using teamwork so that we can offer a very professional service. We strive to approach each of our clients individually, with the aim of assisting the client when choosing a property according to his/her desires and needs. Riba Ltd. has been entered into the Court Registry and Registry of Brokers for real estate transactions before the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and a signatory of the Code of Ethics in the business of real estate agents
