Our activity is mediation in the purchase and sale of real estate and the construction of apartments and houses for the market. The SELETON agency has been a signatory to the "Rules on Real Estate Brokerage" at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce since 2003 under number 050-03. The agency is registered in the "Register of Real Estate Brokers" in the Republic of Croatia based on Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage ("Narodne Novine" No. 107/07) and Article 5 of the Ordinance on the Register of Real Estate Brokers ("Narodne Novine" No. 107/07 Newspaper" number 56/08). The agency employs an agent for an indefinite period of time who has passed the professional exam for a real estate brokerage agent, who is entered in the Directory of real estate brokerage agents in the Republic of Croatia, based on Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage ("Narodne Novine " number 107/07 ) and Article 5 of the Ordinance on the directory of real estate brokerage agents ("Narodne Novine" number 56/08 and 137/08).
