M&M LEGAL – Joint business for business and management consultancy, Real Estate Mediation Agency is a business entity that opened its doors in June 2021. We have many years of experience working in the field of construction and real estate, so we can provide you with quality and professional advice. M&M LEGAL gathers a team of people who can advise you professionally and reliably in all administrative and technical obligations when buying real estate, as well as the real estate appraisal itself. We follow our clients from the presentation of the real estate to the moment of handover to the new owner. We also provide consulting services in all further procedures of project realization, documentation, and obtaining all necessary acts for construction. We cooperate with the Law Office to ensure that all documentation is orderly and valid, and we also cooperate with the authorized surveyor, designer and construction expert. Our agency commission is 3% (increased for VAT) for the seller and 3% (increased for VAT) for the buyer in accordance with the Act on Real Estate Brokerage. The amount of the brokerage fee may not exceed 6% of the purchase price of the property. M&M LEGAL reserves the right to change the amount of the mediation fee, which is precisely determined by the mediation agreement.
