Building land for Sale

In the vicinity of Poreč, just 11 km from the sea, two adjacent plots of land are for sale. The price refers to one plot, with the option to purchase both.

The plots have valid building permits for houses with a gross area of 250 m. They are situated on a hillside, offering an unobstructed view of the sea that cannot be blocked by future construction.

The electricity connection has been installed by HEP, while the water supply and sewage run along the asphalt road at the edge of the property. The utility contribution of 15,000 euros per plot has already been paid.

The planned buildings will be connected by one wall, but each plot has its own cadastral parcel and building permit, allowing for completely independent construction.
