Heating and cooling is via reversible air conditioners installed in each apartment. Construction of the house began in 1990 (only the ground floor), and the rest of the house was reconstructed in 2004.
The distance from the sea is a 4-minute walk (approx. 100m) where there are concrete beaches, and a 15-minute walk from the house (approx. 500m) is a beautiful pebble beach with a café and restaurant nearby.
It is only 5km to the center of Ciovo, the village of Okrug Gornji. There is public transport near the house, the bus stop is 100m away.
