We are selling a beautiful Hotel in one of the most beautiful Fjords on the Adriatic Sea, Raška Bay. The hotel is located in the small fishing village of Krnica.

The hotel is categorized with 3 stars, the total internal space is 1700 sqm and consists of:
- Basement part - laundry room, engine room, kitchen and storage room.
- The ground floor consists of a restaurant and a kitchen.
- The upper ground floor consists of 5 rooms, office, and reception.
- The first, second and third floors consist of 24 rooms in total:
- 18 standard double rooms and 6 family rooms (two separate rooms, one with a double bed, while the other has two separate beds, bathroom and hall.
Each room has a bathroom with shower, TV, telephone, balcony.
15 rooms have a sea view, 9 rooms have a forest view.
The rooms are tiled with ceramics, while the corridors and restaurant are tiled with granite.
The restaurant has an accommodation capacity of 80 people. Next to the pool, which is located in an old olive grove, there is an outdoor bar and terrace.
The size of the pool itself is 12X6 with a separate hydromassage tub, while the pool beach itself is about 100 m2.

Wir verkaufen ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem der schönsten Fjorde an der Adria, der Raška-Bucht. Das Hotel liegt im kleinen Fischerdorf Krnica.

Das Hotel ist mit 3 Sternen kategorisiert, die gesamte Innenfläche beträgt 1700 qm und besteht aus:
- Untergeschoss - Waschküche, Maschinenraum, Küche und Abstellraum.
- Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem Restaurant und einer Küche.
- Das obere Erdgeschoss besteht aus 5 Zimmern, Büro und Rezeption.
- Die erste, zweite und dritte Etage bestehen aus insgesamt 24 Zimmern:
- 18 Standard-Doppelzimmer und 6 Familienzimmer (zwei getrennte Zimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei getrennten Betten, Bad und Flur.
Jedes Zimmer hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, TV, Telefon, Balkon.
15 Zimmer haben Meerblick, 9 Zimmer haben Waldblick.
