The apartment is fully equipped, coffee machine, microwave, oven, cooking stove, large fridge, dishwasher, bedding, towels, and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance.

The monthly rent is 700 euros per month (utilities included).

A security deposit equivalent to one month"s rent, which is refundable upon vacating the apartment.

An agency fee is paid once in the amount of one month"s rent + VAT.
