Old stone house, in the green protected zone of the island of Vis, located at 150 m above sea level.The building is located in a row of stone houses, and it is oriented to the north.The property is surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. It was built in 1830, and the living area is 105 m2.The house consists of three floors and is completely renovated, and the last complete renovation began in 2001 and was completed 5 years later.The walls of the house are 60 cm thick, and the floors are concrete. The water is from the hydrophore, which is connected to a five-stage pump.The house has two entrances, so it is possible to separate the floors, depending on the wishes of the future owner. On the first floor is a tavern, with an entrance on the north side, where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet. On the second floor there is a room with a bathroom, and the internal stairs lead to the attic, where there is another bedroom with a bathroom.The house offers a wonderful panoramic view of Šolta, Split, and even Kornati and Velebit, when the wind blows. Part of the asphalt road leads to the house, and the last 3 km to the house is macadam.The sea and beaches are about 2 km away, and access to the surrounding bays is possible with a car.The distance to the ferry port is about 6 km.The building is successfully rented out during the tourist season, and brings a very good annual income.
