The island of Vrgada is located in the Zadar archipelago, in its extreme southeastern part. A small island with an area of 3.67 square kilometers, covered with pine forest in the northeast, and on the southwest side, the coast descends steeply into the sea. It is only 2.5 nautical miles from the mainland, and the local ferry line connects it with Pakostane and Biograd. This richly indented coast is mentioned by Constantine Porphyrogenitus in the Middle Ages, because it was important as a monitoring point of the Adriatic sea route and even today there are ruins of a medieval fortress.
Here is this building plot, which with its location provides an open view of the Biograd Channel. It covers an area of 539 m2 and due to the configuration of the terrain has a slight slope with a beautiful view. Definitely an ideal investment for all those who would design a Mediterranean villa and merge it with the landscape that surrounds it and the island vibe.
The island is rich in plant species found everywhere in the Mediterranean, citrus fruits, Mediterranean herbs and olives. A self-contained island with no cars but everything at your fingertips, shops and several restaurants and a church. Vrgada is an ideal place for all those who want relaxation and peace, hedonistic lifestyle and rest.
