The layout of the premises is highly specific and not a single connected unit, but rather consists of four separate rooms situated along a shared corridor. This corridor is shared by these four rooms and one additional apartment located at the very end of the corridor. The apartment at the end is currently not in use, but it formally has the legal right to use the same corridor.

1. Entrance and Shared Corridor
