MARČANA, we have received an excellent building plot with a total area of 2826m2.

It consists of six plots for which a location permit and approval for the construction of six houses (150 BRP) have been obtained according to the preliminary design.

The plots are of regular shape, flat, right next to the asphalt road where all necessary connections are located.

Stone artifacts found in Marčana indicate that villa rusticae, rural estates with luxurious stone building decoration, were built here. The spacious arable land contributed to the dense settlement of the Marčana area, as evidenced by several other sites with the remains of Roman villas near Pinezić. Two sites are located south of Pinezić at the Kazali and Bolovan sites (Škaronje), and one near the Fioran bay, Gromača. Large fragments of pottery (ceramic tiles, amphorae, tegulae) lead us to assume that a villa rustica also existed here.
