Rovinj is a city in the western part of Croatia. Together with Poreč, it forms the tourist center of Istria, and is one of the most attractive tourist destinations on the Adriatic. Rovinj is the leading tourist center in Croatia and has recorded a record number of overnight stays during the season for several years in a row. The beauty of Rovinj often leaves a deep mark, so the connection with it extends for generations. Rovinj is located on the western side of the Istrian peninsula, and extends north of the Lim Channel, and south of Bale. It is adorned with a very indented archipelago with as many as 14 islets and 6 rocks. The most famous island is Sveti Andrija, which everyone is very happy to visit. 

The studio is located on the ground floor with a total area of 25 m2. The studio consists of an entrance area where the living and sleeping areas are located, a bathroom that has been renovated and fully tiled, and has everything we need for our stay. The entrance door and the window in the kitchen area are wooden and with replacement the property would certainly get a more modern look and a significant refreshment. The floors are covered with ceramics which can also be replaced and thus get a more modern touch. The apartment currently has a fully equipped kitchen, bed, wardrobe and some other furniture. The best thing about the mentioned property is the excellent location, neat ownership, separate meters and great potential for additional decoration which can certainly make the property even more desirable for living or for tourist purposes.

The property is located in an extremely attractive location and is certainly an ideal position for owners who want to engage in tourism. The proximity of the sea, promenade, market and waterfront is certainly a plus, because everything is available to you in just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
