ISTRIA, LABIN - Large forest land
On the southeastern coast of Istria, where green hills meet the sea, where nature and heritage unite, there are two towns of similar size with different but complementary characters - Labin and Rabac.
The picturesque town of Labin rises on a 320-meter-high hill, only four kilometers from the white pebble beaches of Rabac. Interwoven with a rich history and mining that marked this area, Labin, which was briefly declared an independent republic, is today a fascinating city of contradictions; old and new, history and present, tourism and art.
Not far from the town of Labin, a large forest land is for sale.
The cadastral plot is rectangular in shape, not fenced or marked, its location is determined approximately on the ground and access is from an asphalt road registered as public property.
The terrain is flat and covered with low, medium and high unregulated vegetation characteristic of the climate in which it is located.
According to the spatial planning documentation, the land is used as a commercial forest (Š1).
