For sale is a large investment plot of land for the construction of a hotel in the Dalmatian town of Tribunj.

It is located within the tourist zone intended for the construction of tourist facilities, i.e. the T1 zone. The total land area is 29,000 m2. 50% of the zone (cassette) where the hotel is planned to be built has been enlarged, and the rest needs to be enlarged in order to proceed with obtaining a permit. The property offers the possibility of developing the location as a wellness hotel, as a combined wellness resort and apartments with a medical center, or as a hotel with conference halls. There are only a few hotels located right next to the sea and beach in the surrounding area, which creates space for the development of elite hotel facilities. According to the urban plan, 120 beds per hectare are allowed, which in this case amounts to about 450 beds. At least 70% of the area must be intended for a hotel, while a maximum of 30% is reserved for recreational villas or apartment facilities.

Tribunj is a picturesque Dalmatian town known for its old stone town center, clear sea and peaceful, authentic atmosphere. Visitors choose it for its well-maintained beaches, quality gastronomy and developed nautical offer. The location is extremely practical because Vodice, Šibenik, national parks and the most visited attractions of the wider area are in the immediate vicinity.
