It is available for long-term lease.

It is available for immediate move-in.

There is free public parking in front of the building.

The monthly rent is 1000 + utilities (approx. 100 EUR).

When signing the contract, in addition to the rent, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.

An agency fee is payable once, equivalent to one month's rent + VAT.
