The total area of the kitchen, cloakroom, toilets and storage is 120 m.
Approximately 40 parking spaces are provided. The facility has an electrical connection of 16.5 kW. Lease is possible through an existing company with a bank account (company lease) or through the tenant's own company.
The rental price is 2,750 euros per month, or 33,000 euros per year, with the obligation to pay rent one year in advance. The tenant pays the costs of utilities on a monthly basis. There is a possibility of providing established staff.
