Agricultural land for Sale

Agricultural land of 8,918 m2 is for sale, located on Dugi Otok in the Telaščica Nature Park.
The land consists of two cadastral plots, located next to each other.
One plot has an asphalt access road, i.e. direct access from the main road.
On the other plot there is an outbuilding and storage building, which were built before 1968 and are registered in the title deed.
The land is 270 m as the crow flies from the sea.
 
 
LOCATION:
Telašćica Bay is located in the southeastern part of Dugi Otok. Thanks to its exceptional beauty, richness and significance, this bay was declared a Nature Park in 1988.
Three fundamental phenomena represent the basic characteristics of this area: the unique Telašćica Bay as the safest, most beautiful and largest natural harbor in the Adriatic Sea, with 25 small beaches, the cliffs of the island of Dugi otok or the so-called "rocks", which rise up to 161 meters above the sea and descend to a depth of up to 90 m, and finally the salt lake "Mir" with healing properties.
