Building land for Sale

For sale is a building plot with a total area of 4,223 m in Rovinj. The land is parceled and projects with building permits have been prepared for four plots (two single-storey houses and two multi-storey houses with swimming pools).



The permits have expired, but they can be renewed using an accelerated procedure. Earthworks have been carried out, retaining walls and an access road have been built, and the terrain is terraced with a slope of 15%, which ensures a view of the sea from all plots.



On the remaining 40% of the land, in the lower part towards the road, it is possible to build additional buildings two villas or apartment buildings. Infrastructure (telephone, water, electricity) is located along the public road at the entrance to the land, and approval has been obtained from the relevant authorities for the installation of a bio-purifier. The location is about 700 meters from the sea and 2 kilometers from the center of Rovinj.
