Building land for Sale

A spacious agricultural land is for sale, on the Kornati island of Žut, located first row to the sea. The island of Žut borders the Kornati National Park, but is not an integral part of it.



The land covers an area of 281,800 m2, but there is also the possibility of selling half of the land, the part that includes the bay for 600,000 and the other for 500,000.



The land covers the southern and northern sides of the island. The southern side has a stunning view of the Kornati archipelago and includes a small, quiet bay, protected from the bora and sirocco winds.



The northern side includes a bay protected from the bora, which makes it ideal for building a mooring. On the northern side there is also a plantation of about 80 olive trees and an older dry-stone building.



There is a possibility of granting an additional 50 meters for the construction of a mooring.



For this land, there is a possibility of obtaining a permit for the construction of a family farm.
