Poljoprivredno kultivirano zemljište 13600 m2 pretvoreno u mladi vinograd, smješten na južnim obroncima UNESCO grada Trogira. Sa zemljišta se pruža fascinatni pogled prema moru i cijelom trogirskom arhipelagu.
Na zemljištu je posađeno cca 4000 mladih trsova (1700 plavac mali, 1700 kaštelanski crljenak, malo kujunđuše i cabernet sauvignona). Sa sjeverne strane zemljišta, izgrađen je veliki suhozid koji ima ombrambenu ulogu od vjetra te uz kojeg je posađeno 90 mladih maslina.
Postoje i rezervari za vodu zapremnine 35 m3.

Agricultural cultivated land of 13600 m2 turned into a young vineyard, located on the southern slopes of the UNESCO town of Trogir. The land provides a fascinating view of the sea and the whole of the Troy archipelago. 
There are about 4000 young squares planted on the land (1700 blue flowers, 1700 cauldron criminals, little cabernets and cabernet sauvignon). On the north side of the plot, there is a large drywall that has an ominous role in the wind and with which 90 young olives have been planted. 
There are also 35 m3 water reservoirs.
