The home for the elderly and the infirm provides a full-day stay with professional care and support. In the institution, professional staff with many years of experience approach each user individually, depending on their wishes and needs.

It was founded by a doctor, and has an emphasis on medical care and nursing. It currently has accommodation capacity for approximately users, and their safety is taken care of by about 20 professional staff. A building permit is pending for the expansion of accommodation for about 20 more users.

It is fully adapted to mobile, less mobile and immobile people, as well as people suffering from dementia. A pleasant atmosphere, activities in common areas, spacious rooms and a large garden provide our users with a quality day and a family atmosphere.

There are single, double and triple rooms available, modernly equipped with a TV, telephone, internet, air conditioning and ventilation, underfloor heating and an SOS system. All rooms are equipped with new furniture and necessary aids for people with reduced mobility. Each room has its own bathroom, equipped according to modern standards.
Telephone (set) for each resident with the possibility of unlimited calls.

The newly implemented elevator will further facilitate the movement of users and the staff who care for them.
The management pays special attention to the nutrition of all users. It is adapted to the elderly and people with specific diseases. The home is equipped with a professional kitchen with HACCP standards, and the working team of chefs is enabled to prepare quality food adapted to each user. It is worth highlighting the preparation of always homemade and fresh food in order to ensure quality nutrition for all users.

A large garden with a terrace and paths for walking and spending time in the fresh air in a peaceful environment allows for a better quality of time during the day

service of maintenance of users' laundry
possibility of serving food in the room
organization of various celebrations (holidays, holidays, birthdays, etc.)
delivery of medications and hygiene supplies

The home has been in operation since 2021 and has established itself as one of the best homes in Croatia to date. Its current capacity is 60 people and is constantly full, and the waiting list is counted in hundreds of potential consumers. A building permit for expanding the capacity by another 20 people is pending.
The price of accommodation, as well as the increase in capacity, will make this institution even more profitable.
100% share in a company with a real estate consisting of 2,000 m2 of land + 2,000 m2 of GRP is for sale.
