It is located near lake Peruca offered the pleasure of swimming , boating , fishing etc.. a paradise for water sports.

The building is under reconstruction capacity of 30 people with 15 double bed rooms, living room, galley, laundry and central heating in the basement. Reconstruction of existing buildings now gets a gross floor area of 1127 m or 909.85 m of accommodation area.
