Auxiliary buildings must be located within the buildable part. The area of auxiliary buildings, except for in-ground pools, up to 100 m2, is included in the coefficient of development and usability of the building plot
• Horticultural landscaping: at least 40% of the area of each building plot (except for building plots of infrastructure systems) must be landscaped as parks and natural greenery
• Idle traffic: within the tourist area by applying the norm of 1 PM per accommodation unit.
• Electricity and water are located 20 meters from the plot
