Originally built in 1969, the property has been regularly maintained and renovated. In 2017, all water installations were replaced, followed by a full upgrade of the electrical system in 2019. The windows and doors are made of PVC with mosquito screens and aluminum shutters. The building is also equipped with a video surveillance system.
