CONSTRUCTION: Mixed reinforced concrete construction on an AB foundation slab, with façade walls made of 10 cm thick wool in the STO system, finished with silicone exterior plaster in a color according to the architectural design.
INSULATION: The roof insulation uses expanded polystyrene granules (perlite) for optimal slope, reinforced with 2-10 cm XPS and TPO foil, providing long-term protection from the elements and optimal temperature regulation throughout the year. Floor insulation includes 12 cm EPS for the ground floor and 7 cm for the inter-floor areas, ensuring heat retention in winter and cooling in summer.
