The house is located in Maslenica, in a peaceful and quiet location. It is only 150 meters away from the sea. It was built on a plot of land of 325 m2.
It consists of four separate apartments that are arranged in the basement, upper ground floor and first floor. The attic is still unfinished.
In the basement there is one small studio apartment and one apartment with two bedrooms.
On the upper ground floor there is one large apartment consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen with dining room and living room from which there is access to a large covered terrace. There is another such apartment on the first floor.
The house was completely renovated in 2021. A heat pump was installed, water-based underfloor heating, air conditioners, new PVC windows with triple glazing and mosquito nets and electric blinds were installed in all rooms.
