Pula is the largest city in the Istrian region, located in the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula. The Pula Amphitheatre is the largest and best-preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. The city is rich in its heritage and Roman legacies that adorn and complement the culture of this city. In the last few years, the popularity and attendance of Pula has been increasing and it is becoming one of the leading tourist destinations in Croatia. The region is known for its mild climate and beautiful beaches. The agricultural land has a nice regular shape with a total area of 1,299 m2. We reach the land from the asphalted main road, then we have about 50 meters of a gravel and crushed asphalt road. The land is open on one side and accessible from the road, on one side it is bordered by a wall and opposite there are several houses but at a nice and sufficient distance to have privacy. The settlement is quiet since it is a dead end street and certainly not a busy location. The land is currently overgrown and needs to be landscaped but it is definitely worth a look because it is a beautiful and flat terrain. The plot is located between the Municipality of Pula and the Municipality of Medulin and certainly has the advantage of its spaciousness and proximity to the center of Pula and all its accompanying facilities. The land is worth investing in any agricultural activity.FOR ALL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND VIEWING, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME;+385 91 539 6446
