The area is Divulje and is located between the cities of Split and Trogir, both very popular Dalmatian destinations. The location of the villa is perfect because it can be easily reached by plane - the International Airport is a few minutes away, you can easily anchor the yacht at its front, and most of the central Dalmatian islands such as Hvar, Brac and Vis sail away.

The ground floor has an elegant open living room with kitchen, dining area and living room directly connected to the outdoor pool. In the living room you can enjoy a flat-screen TV with a large selection of international channels, and in winter you can warm up with a colorful fireplace.

Other parts of the ground floor consist of one living room with Finnish sauna and one spacious bedroom with private bathroom and glass on the terrace, located on the west side of the villa.

The living room has all the amenities for perfect socializing of 8 people. Also the area around the pool (100m2) is surrounded by palm trees and lavender, which matches the color of the deck furniture.
