Low buildings can be built as detached buildings, semi-detached buildings or buildings
in sequence.
Medium buildings can be built as free-standing and double buildings.
Low buildings can be built up to the maximum height of basement, ground floor and 2 floors (per + Pr +
2) that is, up to the maximum height of the cornice of 10.0 m measured from the lowest point of the arrangement
terrain next to the building. (this has been changed and now the height is 11.7, meaning plus 1 floor)
Medium buildings can be built up to the maximum height of basement, ground floor, 2 floors and
attic (Po + Pr + 2 + Pk) or up to the maximum cornice height of 11.50 m measured from
the lowest points of the landscaped terrain next to the building. (this has been changed and now the height is 13.2 plus floor
