At this stage of construction, underfloor heating can be installed throughout the apartment upon buyer’s request. Floors are covered with oak parquet and high-class ceramics, and bathroom equipment includes sanitary fittings from reputable manufacturers Hans Grohe and Geberit.

Construction completion is expected by mid-2027.
