4-room flat 100 m², Fažana

Within the municipality of Fažana, in an attractive location only 1200 m from beautiful beaches, a top-notch new construction project is on offer - a luxurious closed-type complex with the largest swimming pool within a residential complex in this part of Istria.
The complex consists of four detached residential buildings with 23 excellently arranged residential units and a large communal swimming pool of 85 m2. The apartments will be divided into three categories: one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom. All apartments in the project have their own parking space, while three-bedroom apartments have two secured parking spaces. The apartments on the ground floor also have their own garden.
The exception is building "C", which, unlike other buildings, has five apartments (others have six) and contains apartments that have a special addition, a storage room/storage room.
Each building has its own driveway, is completely fenced and surrounded by a fence, and each is accessed via a remote-controlled gate. For a higher level of security, the parking lot will be “covered” and secured with a modern video surveillance system (0-24h).

Special emphasis in this project is placed on spaciousness and nature as two guiding principles of a “new” way of looking at luxury. Guided by this concept, all apartments have been designed to be fully functional and comfortable, without unnecessary niches, crooked walls or unused space. The connection with nature has been made by using as much green space as possible, i.e. the use of artificial materials in the garden and exterior decoration has been completely reduced. This move has resulted in naturally covered parking spaces that guarantee pleasant shade in the summer months, lots of greenery throughout the complex with an emphasis on the most famous indigenous plant, the olive tree, which blends beautifully with Istrian stone.

Given the emphasis on the “luxury” project, the equipment of the apartments itself is of the highest standard. Many details were also taken into account in the interior, and first-class and top-quality materials from renowned and reliable manufacturers will be used in their furnishing.
The ceiling height is 2.70m, or even 10cm higher than the standard height supplied in classic new buildings. The reason for this is a better feeling of spaciousness and greater possibilities for finishing (lowering ceilings, indirect lighting, etc.). All external openings will have high-quality PVC joinery with mosquito nets and roller shutters, while the internal openings will have specially selected joinery. The floors will be covered with 1st class ceramics, while up to a certain stage in the project they will be able to be adjusted depending on the wishes of the buyers (other types of ceramics, parquet, laminate, etc.). Heating is provided via underfloor heating in the bathrooms (the rest of the apartment at an additional cost), and via inverter air conditioners, which will also be the main cooling option. All external air conditioner units will be located on the roof of the building for aesthetics and less noise, while at the same time the terraces will remain fully usable and will be comfortable to stay on.
An additional detail of the equipment is the preparation for electric car chargers in the parking lot, or at each parking space.

Fažana as a location offers everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant life. The town has everything, from shops, restaurants, an elementary school to a medical clinic and a bank. The area is known as a fishing village and the fishing tradition is still respected today, as well as various events.
