Building land for Sale

A plot of land with an area of 30,523 m2 is for sale in an exceptional location near the town of Prižba on the south side of the island of Korčula. It is only 400 m away from the sea as the crow flies, the position has a southwest slope. It consists of several parcels on which 90 olive trees are planted. OPG has been registered on the land and, based on the Spatial Planning Act, the stated area is sufficient for the construction of a building with a gross construction area of above-ground parts up to 400 m2, maximum height up to 5 m.
