In Pustodol, with a northeast view, on a total of 5,430 m2 of land, there is a house with a swimming pool, with an established tourist rental business.

Located near Stubičke Toplice and Jezerčica thermal spas, the prefabricated house was built in 2008/2009 on reinforced concrete foundations with a floor area of 110 m2.

The house is partly constructed as a wooden structure of massive quality conifer wood with plank thickness of 80 cm, insulated and lined on the inside with drywall panels, featuring a wooden conifer ceiling of the wooden beam type, and partly as a classic masonry monolithic structure with load-bearing walls made of 20 cm thick reinforced concrete and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab floor structure between floors.

Siberian blueberry plantation, 1,000 plants, in the seventh year of growth. The plantation size is 5,100 m2, approximately 53 m x 88 m.
An exceptionally resistant plant that produces one kilogram of fruit after the fifth year, with each subsequent year expected to yield one kilogram more per plant.
The cultivation work is minimal; harvesting lasts three weeks in spring, with mowing and occasional pruning required for the rest of the year, and soil fertilization every other year. It grows up to two meters in height, with a plant lifespan of about twenty years.

The house has a use permit and an energy certificate.

If only the house is to be purchased, the land can be parceled.
