We are selling construction land for a camp in the center of the world of truffles - Livada. Livade is a place in the heart of the Mirna valley, which developed about a hundred years ago mainly thanks to the "Parenzana", a wine route that ran from Poreč to Trieste.

T3 (camp) is a unique spatial-functional unit with unique management in which the accommodation units are not connected to the ground in a solid way, and is planned in accordance with special regulations - art. 63.
