The furnishing is not fixed - changes are possible at the request of the tenant. All utility costs are included in the rental price.

The apartment comes with a 36 m2 covered terrace, facing south, from which one can enjoy the view of the entire Kvarner.

The apartment is located 250 m from the faculty, in a private house with a garden.
