Building land for Sale

We have two plots available with obtained building permits and corresponding project documentation. On a 560m2 plot, a single-family house with a pool, 3 bedrooms, and three bathrooms is planned. On the larger plot, a house with 3 apartments 2B+DB is being built. The buyer has a choice of 3 options;

1. Purchase of the land with permit and project, where utility fees and connections need to be paid.

2. Construction of the building on a "Roh-Bau" basis.

3. Construction on a "Turnkey" basis.

Dear clients, property viewing is only possible with a signed brokerage agreement, which is the basis for further cooperation as well as for commission payment, all in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
The "Kirus nekretnine" agency, as a licensed real estate broker, charges a brokerage fee at the moment of signing the preliminary contract or contract:
- for purchase, the buyer pays a brokerage fee of 3% of the agreed purchase price
- for rent, charges 1 agreed monthly rent from the tenant.
The minimum agency commission is €1,000 for all amounts less than €35,000.
