Building land for Sale

MALINSKA, we received an offer for a plot of land with an area of 585 m2 with a project for a semi-detached house with two swimming pools. According to the preliminary project, each residential unit consists of a ground floor and a first floor, one with an area of 108 m2, the other 110 m2. The residential units on the ground floor have a toilet, an open space kitchen with a dining room and a living room, with access to a terrace, and a garden, on which a swimming pool with a sunbathing area is planned.
