There are currently two concepts for developing the project, the first more luxurious one that includes detached villas of approx. 400 m2 with a swimming pool, while the more economical variant divides that villa into 2 residential units. The same will be adjusted in accordance with demand and feedback from the market. The area of the city of Šibenik is one of the largest investment potentials on the Adriatic, and Jadrija is one of the most beautiful locations for tourism because of its indented beaches and facilities for a nice stay near a larger town.
