We offer for rent a furnished apartment on the lower floor of a building not far from the city center (walking distance) and on the city bus line. Nearby is the famous shopping center Tower Rijeka, as well as several city beaches. The apartment is offered for rent exclusively to students. It is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Cable TV and internet can be turned on if desired. Heating is exclusively electric. Of the overhead costs, the tenant pays only the electricity consumption, everything else is taken over by the landlord. It is desirable that the apartment is rented by one person (student), preference is given to non-smokers. The apartment is rented for the entire year, i.e. until the end of the exam periods in July. According to the contract, the apartment is vacated for the rest of July and August, and the rental can continue in September without the obligation to pay rent in August.
The landlord requires a deposit in addition to the payment of the first rent, which is returned upon expiration of the rental period if the tenant has fully complied with the contractual obligations. Note: The agency service amounts to one monthly rent
