In the business-production zone of Lonići, it is possible to build and develop predominantly business (service, trade, communal - service, etc.) activities and smaller, ecologically clean production (processing, craft and similar) plants and other facilities that complement the basic purpose, as well as a smaller number of public purpose content. This includes new buildings for economic and public facilities as part of the primary activity. The production of heat, cooling and electricity from renewable or environmentally friendly options (gas, solar energy) can be planned within this zone, in accordance with special regulations. In the area of production use in this zone, in addition to the already mentioned contents, the construction and arrangement of a building for the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste can be planned. The main building and all auxiliary buildings, as well as the arrangement of the associated spaces, should be planned according to the terms of the Urban Planning Plan for the arrangement of the Lonići business zone and in accordance with special regulations.
