The house is located at the beginning of the old village in Murter. On the ground floor there is a spacious courtyard with a barbecue from which you enter the one-bedroom apartment. External stairs lead to the first floor where there is a second apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony.
The house was built according to a building permit from 1972, but has been upgraded in the meantime, so it is currently in the process of legalization according to a request from 2013, which is nearing the end to issue a decision on the completed condition (use permit).
