Building land for Sale

HRELJIN, BAKAR, we have received a plot of land with a total area of 1814 m2 in the settlement of Melnice near Hreljina. Part of the terrain is located within the constructed construction area of the Melnice settlement, while part of the terrain is located outside the construction area of the settlement. On part of the construction site there is a ruin registered as a house (61 m2). Electricity was brought to the field. The land has an access road, macadam and a view of the sea. Hreljin is a village in Croatia. It is located above the Bay of Bakar. Some count it among the seven forts of Liburna (septem turres) of Roman Liburnia, which proves that it is considered an old city. The old town of Hreljin was located in the area of today's Gradina. It was surrounded by walls with two towers, and had two entrances. At the north-west and south-west ends stood a defensive tower with a circular plan. The tower facing the Bay of Bakar enclosed a small castle with a defensive wall and a smaller quadrangular tower, probably the oldest part of the fortified settlement. At the highest point of the hill there was a fortress, the remains of which are still well preserved today.
