Building land for Sale

Biograd na Moru, Kumenat, an exceptionally attractive seaside land plot in a tourist zone, with an area of 4010 m2. It has a rectangular shape. Its shorter side, 30 m long, borders directly on the pebble beach. From the sea, on an almost flat, gently sloping terrain, it extends 134 m all the way to the access road, which is in private ownership. An easement right could be obtained for its unobstructed use.

The larger part of the parcel, the one by the sea, is an olive grove partially overgrown with maquis and Aleppo pine, while the smaller part has always originally been a "grove," i.e., a forest of holm oak or strawberry tree.

An urban development plan for the Kumenat tourist zone has long been in preparation, which will soon prescribe the building regulations for this area. For now, until the urban plan is adopted, only the construction of a glamping resort is permitted under special regulations.

Ownership is full and without encumbrances.

The beach adjoining the property is maintained and managed.
