- Parcel/plot number 6460/7 has an area of 801 m2 and allows construction of 240 m2 footprint x 4 floors (basement + ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor)

- Parcel/plot number 6461/2 has an area of 295 m2 and by annexing it to the previous parcel/plot number 6460/7, it would have an area larger than 1,000 m2, which would then allow construction of 320 m2 footprint x 4 floors (basement + ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor)



The agency commission for the buyer is 2% of the final sale price, and it includes the preparation of the preliminary contract, sales contract, transfer of utility charges, and other necessary accompanying procedures.
